Blogust

Though it was uneventful and honestly sort of boring, I'm still bummed that summer break is coming to an end and school will be starting at the end of the month. I've done nothing to show for my summer (not even slightly tan!) except for starting this blog and reading a couple of books... So to round out these last couple of weeks of summer "vacation," I thought I'd challenge myself and also be somewhat productive by building up this little space of mine on the internet; therefore I, Natalie, will be blogging every day in August! Let's be super unoriginal about it and just call it Blogust (like Blog + August. Haha, get it? Get it?! Yeah? Okay I'll sit down now - that was not original at all... Sigh, oh wells).

It'll be a good way for me to explore what I like and don't like to write about and share, will help me fill those long hours of unproductive messing around on the internet late at night, practice my less-than-average photography skills and plan for how I want to continue this little project into the school year (I'm preparing for the worst that junior year can throw at me... Sociological theory sounds just divine, doesn't it?).  I'm not yet sure of what kinds of posts would be the most interesting and what people would want to read, but hopefully I'll get some good feedback and figure it out as I go. I'm pretty stoked for this and have already got some ideas queued up, so I hope you won't mind my incessant posting and will enjoy some of the stuff I come up with!

P.S. HOLY FRACK I'M SO EXCITED, THE H&M US ONLINE STORE OPENED TODAY! This may or may not become a serious problem in my life... I will keep you updated.
