Rimmel Kate Moss Lasting Finish Lipstick, 17

I have heard so many people rave about the Rimmel Kate Moss Lasting Finish lipsticks (and I must say I have racked up quite the stash myself), but I rarely see any words written about my favorite shade, 17. It is a beautiful true pink color that doesn't tread too far onto the bubblegum scale but is by no means a dusty rose (getting fancy with the color names here, are we?). In the tube it looks a just slightly mauve-y but as you can see when it's swatched and applied it's beautiful pink that's not too bright but enough to lighten up the face and give the lips a girly touch. As per all of the Rimmel Kate Moss lipsticks the formulation is amazing. I appreciate the bit of subtle shine that doesn't completely mattify my lips, and it's not too drying and holds up well. It glides on quite smoothly and is buildable so I don't end up with Barbie lips upon first swipe. A little birdie told me that the pink signature on the packaging means it might be a Limited Edition shade, but I haven't heard any definite confirmation to this rumor... Let's hope it's not true because I love this color and it's super affordable at only around $5! What's not to love!?
