London Hauling

Guess who had a cheeky little pop into Boots and Superdrug while visiting the UK.... -raises hand- Guilty.

It was like a beauty blog-obsessor's dream to be surrounded in stands that we don't have in the US like Soap and Glory and Bourjois. I swear my friends must've thought I was all kinds of nuts rambling off about the Barry M nail varnishes and my strange desire to own a "Tangle Teezer," but I'm sure if you're reading this you've at least heard about the awesome Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer. Am I right? I must admit I've been listing up a few bits and bobs that intrigued me from the moment I found out I was going to have a stop in London (though I did do a bit of drugstore hopping in Oxford and Edinburgh as well). From all of the YouTube monthly favorites to beauty hauls on my favorite UK blogs, I am quite pleased with what I managed to pick up across the pond. Not to mention the KIKO eyeshadows I fell in love with while still in Italy, which I decided would just be wrapped up into this overview of foreign cosmetics while I was at it. Interested in hearing how I got along with these? Leave me a little note, or I may just get around to talking about them all eventually anyway!

    2. I saw versions of it but I thought maybe I should try the original... My hair doesn't tangle as much so I don't know if I even need one...

  8. I really want to try Soap and Glory body wash, but they're pretty pricey aren't they?
Also, that Sleek contouring palette looks like something I would want!!

    1. Yeah, that's why I opted for the mini sample, but perhaps a sale at Sephora will convince me to buy! The Sleek palette has turned out to be my favorite purchase from this haul (:
